No! There are no any extra pick-up or delivery fees when you book our sharpening service. We will pick up and deliver your tools 100% free.

We will pick up, sharpen, and deliver as many knives as you need. However, we have a minimum price of $30 on all orders. You can still give us as many or as few knives as you want, but if it’s less than 3 knives, you will still be charged a $30 minimum price.

Yes, our knifesmith sharpens all the knives and other tools by hand because each tool is unique. For most knives and other tools we use an electric wet stone sharpening system.

No, you don’t have to be at home when our driver arrives. Simply leave your knives in any bag outside your house by the door.

If you live in a gated community or an apartment complex, then please let us know how our driver can get to the knives in the Order Notes box when making a booking.

Yes! While a simple sharpening can be done at home, it is best to get your most used knives professionally sharpened at least twice a year.

It all depends on how much the knife is used. If you use your knife a lot, then it’s recommended to sharpen it every month.
